All lead teachers at Linden Corner School, including pre-school, kindergarten, and grade school teachers, are either currently in training or already certified. Ongoing yearly conferences, workshops, and mentoring programs assure personal and professional growth.

Class teachers, beginning with the first grade, remain with their classes from three to eight years. Other specialty teachers, also guided and trained in Waldorf methods, teach the grade school children on a regular basis as well.
